Jolanta's Feedback: Tommy Bahama is my personal favorite for a relaxed evening in Wailea. The upstairs lānai catches the trade winds, the sunset view is beautiful, and the pace is never rushed. It is a place I return to often, and a place I recommend when friends or clients ask me where to go for an easy, memorable dinner that is not a formal occasion.

Book Mama's Fish House the moment your dates are set — two months out. Lineage: three to four weeks. All other fine dining: one to two weeks ahead, or same-day if you are flexible with timing.
