The North Shore runs from Paʻia through Haʻikū and out toward the cliffs above Hoʻokipa - one of the most storied stretches of coastline in the surfing and windsurfing world. Hoʻokipa Beach is the windsurfing capital of the planet. Paʻia is the town that built itself around the surf culture and never really changed, which is most of its appeal.
The community here is tight, creative, and deeply connected to the water. Properties range from small plantation-era homes near town to larger agricultural parcels in Haʻikū's quieter valleys. North Shore is not for everyone - the roads narrow, the trade winds are constant, and the energy is different from South Maui. For the right buyer, that is the entire point.
